An afternoon at Home

The boys are loving our new home.
What a good Daddy, upgrading the bmx jump for the boys.

It's always nice when Danny gets home a bit earlier. He helped Charlie cut some fire wood.

Nice air Eli

Nice air Josh too

Wow they all got good air. They spent ages mastering the bigger jump. They are getting very good at there jumps now.

Josh having fun burning up the paddocks.

Grammy and Grandad are over for a visit from New Zealand.

Daddy and Charlie

Charlie wishing he was doing paddock donuts too...

Spring Seedlings (1)

Josh and I have been busy planting our seeds for spring. The sunflowers and snow peas were pretty eager to show them selves.
Our pickling cucumbers also happy to pop their heads out.
And my little red cabbages with their heart shaped leaves are ready to face the spring.

We are keeping our seeds in little seed raising boxes, which work great, I don't think the colder weather is encouraging too much growth just yet. But we will get there.

Noah's Birthday, the Big 8

The boys had a sleep over in the lounge room and watched a movie (with Noah's new doona cover)
Our friends The Roberts's came over with a birthday afternoon tea to share and a cake!!!
How lovely, so we had our own little party complete with party bags and all.
Thanks Jo!!!
Noah loves his new Nerf gun he got too.

Izzy Charlie and Jo
Noah opening his pessy
Thanks Guys.
The next day (on Noahs birthday) Danny took the boys mountain bike riding at the You Yangs. They had so much fun, and a few stacks. Eli loved the ground so much that he wanted to kiss it very hard with his face...poor Eli.
All in all Noah had a nice birthday, low key but special.
Thanks to everyone for helping Noah have a special day.

Farmer Charlie collecting the eggs

Charlie all ready to go and collect the eggs with Mummy.
2 of the 3 eggs for the day
Three of our chooks (Black Betty,Chewy, and luke skywalker) they are very happy on our new farm and will be getting a rooster very soon. Hopefully we will see some chickens this year.
Nooooo, Charlie learnt what happens when you whack two eggs together and what happens when you drop one on the ground. (classic photo)

New Shoe Laces

How cute is Noah, Charlie needed shoelaces for these shoe (which were once Josh's) so Noah went about crocheting him some. I love em...so does Charlie. Good on you Noah.

Charlie saying thank you by sitting on Noah's head. As you do.

Our Completely Awesome Snow Day 30th August 2010

The Boys being towed behind the 4wd on the go-kart and Josh's homemade snowboard. Danny was doing the same a bit later on, also being a human toboggan. They were like a bunch of little kids...

My snow man (more like a snow blob), Eli thought he was pretty funny peeing on my snow blob and making him yellow.
Noah Charlie and I testing if the timer on the camera was working.
Charlie loved the snow (so long as he didn't have to walk on it), he was cracking up at the boys throwing snowballs at each other...very cute. He liked breaking the snow in his hands.
Eli was like a pig in mud (or snow)
Yes, big snow ball fights.
Just had to check and see if Charlie was still cute when we took him to the snow...he was.
Charlie cracking up...

Josh's snow bombs
This was a cool find. i loved walking through the bush in the snow, it was just so beautiful.
Eli's snow baby...6yr old and still cute as a button.
Noah's trial run on the go cart...
Frozen Puddles
Motor bike didn't go so well in the snow.
We saw deer tracks and wallaby tracks in the snow as well as different bird tracks.
Of course he was hot...
Beautiful snow in the sunshine
Our first stop and quick play in the snow, it was so exciting to see the snow for the first time on the trip.
Noah snowballing
Of course Danny didn't have any fun what so ever... much!
Family Snow shot

Danny spotted this cute wombat on our way home, what a find!!!
